FirstCastle in the Metaverse
On May 1st, you get the opportunity to acquire up to four nights-stays in an antique castle in the middle of the idyllic Austrian scenery. With the according NFT you will be able to access the castle, spent your holiday here and even receive collectibles for your next stay. This marks the first ever hotel-system in the Metaverse with real-life utility. You are accommodated in luxurious apartments in the so called “Austrian Versailles”, where you can not only enjoy top notch architecture, but also train your golf-bat swinging skills in the jaw dropping landscape of mid-Europe.
SKS Castle
The castle is already property of the Silent King Society. Although being built in the 17th century and castle has not lost any of its glamour until today. Surrounded by a moat, the Castle is built in the same style as the Castle of Versailles, home to the last King of France Louis XIV. Typical for the architecture is the two-storey building, which contains a ballroom that extends to the top floor. This main building is connected by low wings enclosing the courtyard to two pavilions, also on two floors. Offering eight luxurious suites – of course fully restored and modernized – you get the change to experience history at first hand.
Suites
All our suites are elegantly furnished with handmade furniture and include luxury en-suite facilities with flat screen LCD TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fan, hairdryer, and the finest pure white linen and towels. With each room you get more then 50m² of luxury and elegance that you can spend with a partner in the castle. Along with your stay you will receive access to our exquisite wine collection and have the possibility to live through the history of the castle by playing our own escape-room. Anything else you could desire is delivered to your suite by our own castle shop, offering regional and environmentally friendly products.
How it works
The question is simple: How long do you want to stay? WEEKs are valid from Monday to Friday and WKNDs from Friday to Sunday. So, whenever you feel like staying in the SKS Castle, get yourself either the WEEK or WKND NFT and start packing your suitcase. Your NFTS are valid for 20 years, throughout the year. As we want to prepare everything according to your needs, we would kindly ask you to announce your arrival two weeks in advance. Once arrived, your NFT is burned, and you can enjoy your luxurious stay in our outstanding castle.
Collectibles
As one stay is never enough, we have collectibles sent out to the holders of the WEEKs & WKNDs twice a year. With these collectibles you can earn your next stay in the castle by doing absolutely nothing. All you need to do is combining six different collectibles of the same suite on our website and as simple as that you can create your new NFT to stay another weekend in the castle. Of course, you can also buy and sell these collectibles on third-party marketplaces as well. The collectibles consist of six different elements in the colours of specific suites. A video explaining how to connect your collectibles to a WKND NFT will be uploaded once the first collectibles are airdropped to your wallet.
Sandbox Game
We are proud to announce that we do everything possible to connect history and future. For that we are working together with our partner MyReality on digitalizing the castle and making it accessible in the Sandbox and other Metaverses as a game, where you can walk through the halls of the castle as if you are standing in it. We are developing games for those who rather want to earn their way into the castle by winning weekly competitions of games included into the castle. Find cues, solve mysteries, and learn history. We sincerely hope to preserve the castle and its history through the metaverse for eternity.
